Awww God....Aggrieved UCC Students Blame School Hospital Over Student’s Death

Some aggrieved students of the University of Cape Coast are blaming the School’s Hospital over the sudden death of a level 400 student, Rockson Adomako.
The deceased lost his life after his family were unable to pay money for blood transfusion at the hospital.
According to them, Rockson Adomako who died on Sunday for the past two weeks was admitted at the hospital but the hospital acted unconcerned whiles he was in need of blood.

He said though some students tried as much as possible to donate blood to their deceased brother while on hospital bed, their efforts still did not bring him back to life.

The students who were clad in black said they will protest till the right thing is done in the school’s hospital.

They accused the nurses and doctors on duty of negligence while on duty and blamed them for not giving him (Rockson Adomako) the needed treatment.

“People from outside receive better treatment than we the students and so we calling on authorities to act fast or face our wrath” one student said.

However, efforts by Adom News to get the side of authorities of the school proved futile.
But Adom News’ Richard Effisah who has been following the story said calm has returned to the school.

He said leadership of the students has announced plans to meet with authorities of the hospital to find lasting solutions to the problem.
